Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (10-15 business days) – Based on location
  • Expedited Shipping (7-10 business days) – Additional charges apply

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
